The Wizard Plasma Table, by Tin Knocker, is a full-featured CNC plasma cutting system, designed specifically for HVAC contractors and fabricators. It has the ability to repeatedly and accurately cut any shape or profile needed for HVAC applications, all at a class-leading, competitive price point.

• Heavy duty 5’x10′, welded steel table construction, capable of supporting 2000lb load (full sheet of 1″ plate).
• 2 1/2″ x 60″, 16g table slats- durable and economical to replace.
• 4"x6" thick wall aluminum gantry construction. Less moving weight, quick acceleration, and enhanced repeatability.
• Gantry drive with 3/4″ open gear belt drive used on robotic applications. Rust and grease free, high-tech industry proven.
• Standard cutting speed 325-425 IPM(depending on material thickness), rapid speed 600 IPM. Tested up to 1000 IPM!
• Direct drive, high torque motors to eliminate position error. Delivers position repeatability of approx. +/- .0005in
• X axis: dual drive motors and simple maintenance free roller guides for smooth travel.
• Y axis: low maintenance v-groove wheels and rails.
• Efficient down-draft exhaust design, activated & deactivated automatically as cutting starts & stops.
• Hinged clean out doors at both ends for easy clean out, slat removal not necessary.

• Controlled by the included standard Windows laptop. No proprietary control hardware, easily updated and replaceable.
• The Wizard uses Quickduct CAM Master software, a widely utilized HVAC program that is simple and intuitive to learn. Also compatible with many other software programs.
