The Tin Knocker Gang Slitter is an efficient machine for cutting multiple blanks of light gauge sheet metal in one pass. Perfect for roofing or other architectural applications, the Gang Slitter can cut sheets up to 48” wide, and the 3 included blades can easily be positioned anywhere along the shaft. The blades are non-scratch, and can be used to cut pre-finished materials such as painted or polished sheetmetal.
A heavy duty chain-drive, stripper fingers on the tooling, and cold-rolled shafts mean that the Tin Knocker Gang Slitter runs smoothly and consistently at 60 FPM, improving the efficiency of any shop that needs to regularly cut blanks.

The Tin Knocker manual insulation cutter slits fiberglass insulation to length and width.
Material is fed into the machine with a crank handle. The desired width is immediately cut with the adjustable slitter blade while the insulation is fed into the blade. The embedded scale makes for fast and accurate cutting
Once the material is at the desired length the operator pulls the handle, quickly and efficiently slitting the insulation to length with the crosscut blade.
